Your choice!

Perform as many reps as possible of
1 min pull-ups
1 min ring dips
1 min pull-ups 
1 min ring dips
1 min pull-ups 
 
(NOTE - You may start on ring dips if you would prefer. If you choose to start with ring dips, then alternate RD/PU/RD/PU/RD.)
 
Then
 
1/2 TABATA toes to bar
1/2 TABATA burpees
1/2 TABATA box jumps, 24/20
1/2 TABATA double unders

Another gasser-
74 reps on pullups and ring dips
92 reps on tabata wod....those durn DUs keep me humble. We had a full class this a.m.

45 reps on the pull-ups and ring dips (used skinny band for the ring dips)
91 on the tabatas
I actually got 12 pull-ups the first minute - that is a huge improvement for me, even if it has come slowly!!
