15min to establish 3-rep max thruster

Then

Using 50% of 3-rep max, complete 100 thrusters for time. Do 3 Burpees EMOM.

I'm glad you liked that one Emery! I liked it too. I really need to do that type of workout more often. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to complete the "running" portions of the wod without walking. Thank you coach Drew and Rachel for the encouragement on HPC.
