Open Gym 9-11am

Rachel and I did "THE PUMA BACKFIRE"

5min AMRAPs with no rest between AMRAPs.
1) 5 TTB and 10 Box Jumps
2) 10 Push-ups and 20 DU
3) 5 Pull-ups and 15 Jumping Squats
4) 5 Burpees and 10 Lunges

My scores for each round were 80, 180, 106, and 93 for a total of 459.
