1-rep-max snatch (VIDEO: Event 2 Standards)

Then,

2015 Masters Qualifier Event 1
Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 muscle-ups
10 cleans, 155/105

A muscle clean, power clean, squat clean or split clean may be used as long as the barbell comes up to the shoulders with the hips and knees fully extended with the feet in line and the elbows in front of the bar. Post snatch load and total reps to comments.

EVENT VARIATIONS
Masters ages 40-49 - Rx
Masters ages 50-54 - 135/95
Masters ages 55-59 - 5min AMRAP of 5 ring dips, 10 cleans 135/95
Masters ages 60+ - 5min AMRAP of 5 ring dips, 10 cleans 115/75

AMRAP 54 reps, at 65lbs and red band ring dips.
