Max Deadlift

20 minutes to establish a 1-rep max deadlift

Then

5 x 2 min AMRAP with 1 minute rest between AMRAPs
Run 200M with slammer then complete as many ball slams as possible.

Men use 30lb ball, women use 20lb ball. Score is max deadlift load x reps. Post max DL, reps, and final score to comments.
